Prevention Partnership for Companies
The Company Helps its Employees
The Problem:
Deadlines, constant change and high labour intensity – the modern workplace entails increasing emotional stress for your employees. In the last ten years, the number of sick days due to mental illness has increased by nearly seventy percent. Long before a diagnosis is made, teamwork, cooperation, motivation and productivity, for example, suffer. Once an employee is ill, they usually remain so for an extended period, also because access to proper treatment is often difficult. Patients currently have to wait six weeks for a preliminary session, regular psychotherapy can usually only begin after five months.
As a company, you can support your employees well before mental illness arises. A harmful development can be stopped by the timely and targeted care of a trained therapist.
The Forethought and Care:
A partnership with MindVisions focuses on prevention and offers every employee up to five counselling sessions per year. This allows work-related or private problems to be resolved quickly and sustainably, before they impair your employee's potential, disrupt collaboration in the company or even lead to mental illness. As a company, you will be able to motivational support the mental health and emotional intelligence of all employees and at the same time effectively reduce disability and absences as well as the associated costs.
The Treatment of Acute Illness:
Illness that has already arisen can be prevented from becoming chronic. Whether covered through a private health insurance or as a direct payer, MindVisions can provide regular outpatient psychotherapy and stabilise your employee's mental health. In addition, a network of medical specialists from other disciplines exists, so that, if necessary, a prompt referral and treatment can take place.
Information material regarding the Prevention Partnership can be requested via mail.
You’re also welcome to discuss the possibilities for your company during a personal meeting.

If you want to succeed in life, you have to be able to deal wisely with your feelings and master the »emotional alphabet«.

Staying Healthy as an Employee of a Dynamic Company

The Challenge:
Deadlines, the constant need to change or the growing responsibility in our fast-moving everyday lives - for employees, the digitalised working world has led to an intensification of daily stress. Leadership tasks and teamwork are often overlaid by conflicts from private circumstances and vice versa.
Chronic emotional exhaustion is the main risk for a mental illness based on stress, but it doesn’t have to get to this point.
The Prevention:
If a prevention partnership exists between your employer and MindVisions, you can take advantage of up to five counselling session per year in the practice. We can use these to take a closer look at difficulties from your daily work routine or private life and develop possible solutions. Cooperation with co-workers and your relationship with family and friends will benefit from your improved emotional intelligence. This will enable you to significantly reduce your personal stress level, so that your life and daily work routine will feel more carefree.
All topics of the sessions are certainly subject to medical confidentiality, and your employer will not be informed about your personal take-up.
The Treatment:
In case you have already been diagnosed with an illness, you also have the option of starting outpatient psychotherapy in the practice based on private health insurance or as a self-payer. Especially if you have not been feeling well for a longer period of time, this is an ideal option to stop the downward spiral and get your life on an even keel again. If necessary, there will also be help to find other suitable therapy options.
You’re welcome to talk about your concerns during a personal meeting.

Psychotherapy
Reason:
There are many personal reasons for outpatient psychotherapy. From a professional point of view, these are mostly due to unconscious psychological conflicts from past life experiences that have been triggered by external stress situations. Regular psychotherapy is advisable at the latest when difficulties have become so great that they interfere with everyday work.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy:
Through psychotherapeutic sessions, it is possible to identify these unconscious conflicts. Starting from the current problems at work or in your private life, the emotions involved are elaborated and considered in relation to one’s personal history. In this way, it becomes possible to identify correlations and gain new insights, so the current problems can be solved.
Supportive Psychotherapy:
In case you are suffering from a physical illness such as cancer, or another chronic illness, and you require support in processing it, psychodynamic psychotherapy can also help you. During regular appointments in the practice, we develop a broader medical understanding of your diagnosis and look at associated emotions to give you relief and support.

Personal growth is an increase in awareness, increase in behavioural options, increase in ego strength (…)
Carl Gustav Jung
Sequence:

If you would like to visit the practice based on a private health insurance or as a direct payer, we will first arrange a preliminary session. During this meeting, we clarify your problem and whether the offerings of the practice are suitable for you. After this, up to four probationary sessions can take place before a binding psychotherapy starts. During this, sessions are usually on a weekly basis and last 50 minutes. Sessions are billed on the Scale of Fees for Physicians (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte, GOÄ).
